Based on this website, it gives a lot of information about how the synths work and how different alterations or wavelengths can affect the way how it sounds as well. What intrigued me the most based on this website is how it showed the synth can make different sounds and how they can be applied to the real world. For instance, one of the things that were covered was how LFO can change the way how it sounds based on its shape and speed. If you changed it, at one point it will sound like a siren. With that being mentioned, other things that were interesting about this website is how you can sustain a note from the synth. This reminded me of a sustained piano pedal since they also work as a way to sustain the note of a piano longer. This surprised me since I did not know you can sustain a synth note. Another thing that was also interesting is how you can change the attack speed. If you change it and depending on how fast or slow you set it, the notes will either hit the attack note immediately or it will take a while in order for it to hit its attack note. I never knew this was another possible thing you can do with the synths. It made me wonder if it is possible to apply this type of tool when making music since I never knew this was a thing. Plus, I never use these types of features when making music but it made me informed on how there are different possibilities and tools you can use when making music. That said, there was so much interesting information but based on what I mentioned, these managed to catch my attention the most.
